Starting on Wednesday, June 8th, 2022, fans of discovering new wines need to look no further than the Spuntino Wine Bar & Italian Tapas in Westbury, Long Island and Clifton, New Jersey to sample some stunning premium varietals. On June 8th, both locations will begin offering WineKeeper® dispenser service of select fine wines, most of which have rated 90+ points.
WineKeeper® employs a technologically advanced wine preserver and dispenser, favored by international wine experts, for pouring single pours and glasses of fine and reserve wines. The dispensers are hand-crafted, temperature-controlled, and will store a curated selection of premium wine bottles.
“This is terrific news for those who want to sample a wine without committing to a full glass or bottle,” explains Nicole Bartoline, General Manager of Spuntino’s Westbury location. “It’s a great way to explore new, highly-rated wines or sample one you’ve heard good things about.”
Clifton’s Spuntino Wine Bar has an 8-bottle WineKeeper® available, while the Westbury location offers a 4-bottle WineKeeper.
In addition to the WineKeeper® dispenser service, both Spuntino locations are offering themed wine flights (a new trio every month) for the ultimate wine-discovery journey. Flight are priced from $55 with the Clifton location kicking the program off with a special 95+ rated themed flight that includes 6oz pours from: a 2000 Barolo La serra Roberto Voerzio; a 2013 Howell Mountain Cade Cabernet Sauvignon; and 2008 Bouquet Garni Morlet Syrah.
