Signature Commons Nears Completion in North Andover, MA

AmConCorp, a leading commercial construction firm, working with Forgetta Development, broke ground in late April on the sprawling complex, Signature Commons.  They are on track to open its doors to the public in December 2020. “We are pleased to be working with Forgetta Development on this project.  AmConCorp is providing full-service construction management services for this ground-up project, including core & shell building construction, site & plaza development and design build tenant fit-outs.  The end result will provide local residents a convenient, and vibrant open-air shopping & dining experience,” said Patrick Coburn Jr., Principal at AmConCorp.

The center, located at 1210 Osgood St, North Andover, does indeed promise to be a new hub of shopping, dining, and entertainment.  Bird and Wolf, an American craft bar and chop house has already signed on as a tenant along with several other well-known brands looking to create a presence on the North Shore.

The AmConCorp team, which was brought in by the development’s owner, Forgetta Development, was led by principals Patrick Coburn Jr. and Kayla Nasser.
