School director awarded mentor/educator of the year by the National Association for Catering & Events (NACE) Las Vegas Chapter

The National Association for Catering & Events (NACE) Las Vegas Chapter awarded Timothy M Lam CHT CGSP, Executive Director of The International School of Hospitality (TISOH) with the 2018 Mentor/Educator of the Year award at their installation gala dinner held at the Silverton Casino Hotel.

The National Association for Catering and Events (NACE) is the first non-profit, national organization for caterers, event planners and event professionals.  NACE provides education, certification and a network of resources for members in all segments of the hospitality industry. Spanning 45 chapters across the nation, the association serves over 3,400 individual members. The Las Vegas Chapter is over 100 strong and consists of top professionals dedicated to the betterment of the local meetings and events industry.

Also awarded was Shauna Lederman, Director of Sales and Special Events for estiatorio Milos with the President’s Award. Shauna is an instructor at TISOH.
