<p>Founded by Owner/Partners Cesar Jimenez, James Park, and Noel Shu, Windrose features Korean inspired small plates, prepared using French cooking techniques and Southern US flavors. The 70-seat venue is located at 39 Downing Street in NYC’s Greenwich Village.</p>
