<p>In 2013, Dr. Brenita Mitchell initiated a program offering monetary scholarships to females who had experienced violence and women living with HIV/AIDS. This scholarship initiative later transformed into Educapital, a result of Dr. Mitchell’s guidance and the support of her parent nonprofit organization, Healing Waters Global Ministries. Under her stewardship, the Educapital Foundation has been instrumental in providing the necessary financial support to create a more equitable educational landscape.</p>
