MyCEO Corporation Partners with Major Technology Forum to Increase Diversity in IT

The My CEO Corporation is partnering with the Information Technology Senior Management Forum (ITSMF) to launch its Global Leadership Institute online certificate courseware titled, “ITSMF MAX,” designed to increase the number of African-American IT professionals for senior-level responsibilities through executive career development, mentoring and networking.
Today, African-Americans hold only 3% of management roles and studies suggest that not enough African-Americans are positioned for senior IT management. ITSMF Max aims to impact such statistics in an effort to #closethegap.
The ITSMF MAX program includes courses in entrepreneurship, IT, healthcare, and business development. The program is open to Fortune 500 professionals, business owners, community organizations, business groups, medical groups, veterans, and many others. Through ITSMF MAX, professionals are able to take the online courses at their convenience and pace without having to travel to the main campus.
