M-Theory Group, a leading technology provider of secure custom-built, single-tenant, managed private cloud environments, announced that they will be providing a master service agreement that incorporates their proprietary CapEx-as-a-Service™ model to an industry-leading enterprise. This comprehensive cloudCENTRX Infrastructure-as-a-Service (IaaS) project will include the planning, design, implementation and deployment of a single tenant hyperconverged stack leveraging DELL|EMC VxRail for two large production and Disaster Recovery facilities. The agreement will also include managed services, software-as-a-service, a robust backup and disaster recovery plan, and a multi-functional Test/Dev IaaS private cloud service.

The project will begin shortly with several advancements to the enterprise-level private cloud including the installment of EMC|DELL VxRail, Fortinet Firewalls, VMware infrastructure, Cisco Networking, RecoverPoint and Veeam backup and replication, and the overall offering of improved management, security, performance and scalability for customers' every day and most demanding workloads. These advancements will further empower and protect a scalable compute platform and serve as the ideal foundation for their cloud environment.
