John Fowler Holidays to host first Blues, Rhythm & Rock Festival

Here at John Fowler Holidays we’re extremely excited to announce details of our first ever Blues, Rhythm & Rock Festival at Ilfracombe Holiday Park, offering a unique spin on your self catering holidays!

Over the weekend of the 14th, 15th and 16th November, we’ll be welcoming 18 high profile headliners and upcoming bands to perform at the biggest Blues festival in the West Country.

Ilfracombe Holiday Park’s Exmoor Club provides the ideal venue, with a capacity of 1,250 making it North Devon’s largest indoor entertainment area. Acoustics are excellent and the Club boasts impressive sound and lighting as well as a spacious and well stocked bar.

On Friday 14th legendary Soul, R&B and Blues performer Geno Washington will be headlining to an inspired crowd. Saturday 15th sees Martin Turner’s Wishbone Ash bring a melodic rock sound to the festival and bringing the event to a close will be the creative jazz and blues from Climax Blues Band.

Arguably the best news is that we’ll be putting you up in self catering accommodation too! Depending on your party size, you’ll be staying in one of our studio, one, two or three bedroom chalets and apartments. We’re taking the end of night transport headaches away and supplying accommodation just a short walk from the festival.
