HLN decides to bring its 40 years expertise in diesel vehicle heating equipment to a broader customer base

After providing products and services of the highest standards to manufactures of trucks, constructions vehicles and buses for 40 years, HLN will start to introduce its independent diesel heaters to other commercial vehicle manufacturers and the aftermarket clients.

HLN has been concentrating on building up strong collaborations with existing customers to serve their needs ranging from custom-made diesel air heaters and coolant heaters, to just-in-time delivery to help optimize their supply chain. “When you work with the top vehicle manufacturers in their fields, you need not only top quality products, but also top services.” Says Steven Zhao, CEO of the company, “So we’d rather serve a few less customers, but serve them really well, and grow with them together.”

With more and more customers become custom to a few standard products, including customers in the aftermarket, the company sees the opportunity to address the needs of a broader customer base. The company is now working closely with customers in other fields and the aftermarket to address their demand. The company first plans to introduce air heaters from 7,000 to 15,000 BTU/hr, and coolant heaters from 15,000 to 40,000 BTU/hr to the broader market.
