Hersheypark Selects CHAMPS Software’s Web and Mobile Solutions for Enterprise Asset Management

Hersheypark has decided to extend their 14 year relationship with CHAMPS Software, Inc. by migrating from their existing Microsoft Windows Enterprise Asset Management software to the newest Microsoft .Net web platform on the market. This change will enable the two companies to work closely together on the deployment of a theme park specific ride inspection module that will bring the power of EAM to the field on a variety of mobile computing devices. The new mobile ride inspection module will become a core feature of the CHAMPS EAM Web mobile suite.

Hersheypark was an early adopter of CHAMPS web based solutions. For more than 8 years a web based work order was used in order to enable their mobile workforce and provide platform independence that solved many logistical problems. “It was a logical transition for the Hersheypark team.” said Bryan Gay, CEO of CHAMPS Software, Inc. “Their maintenance team is an extremely effective group that utilizes technology to improve their efficiency.
