Frank Family Vineyards voted "Best Napa Winery" for the fifth consecutive year

Calistoga, California (PRUnderground) April 22, 2014
Frank Family Vineyards placed first in the 2014 Bay Area A-list’s annual “Best Napa Winery” competition. One hundred and five wineries from Napa Valley were nominated, and Frank Family Vineyards took home the top spot. The award gives the winery its fifth consecutive win.
“We love this contest so much because it reminds us what great fans we have. It takes time to vote, and that fact speaks volumes of our loyal followers. We strive to make wines that speak to our customers, and winning this competition lets us know we are going in the right direction,” says Frank Family proprietor Rich Frank.
Founded in 1992, Frank Family tasting room is located on the quiet, tree-lined Larkmead Lane in Calistoga, and is known for its warm, convivial charm. The historic stone building on the property, first constructed as the Larkmead Winery in 1884, was refinished with native sandstone from the nearby hills in 1906, and is listed on the National Register of Historic Places.
Frank Family Vineyards is open to the public daily from 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Please visit www.frankfamilyvineyards.com or contact Aaron Feaver at 800.574.9463 for more information.
While the Frank Family tasting room is one of just a handful of wineries in the Napa Valley serving sparkling wine, the winery’s estate-driven wines continue to experience increased distribution and can be found nationwide. Frank Family Vineyards placed 6th in the Wine & Spirits 25th Anniversary Restaurant Poll (April 2014 issue) with its Chardonnay placing 6th in the “Most Popular Chardonnay” ranking, and its Cabernet Sauvignon placing 3rd in the “Most Popular Cabernet Sauvignon.”
