Daniel Green selected as Top Executive of the Year in Real Estate by IAOTP

Daniel Green, Chief Executive Officer of Green & Green Estates Inc., was recently selected as Top Executive of the Year in Real Estate for 2021 by the International Association of Top Professionals (IAOTP) for his outstanding leadership and commitment to the industry.

While inclusion with the International Association of Top Professionals is an honor in itself, only a few members in each discipline are chosen for this distinction. As a dynamic results-driven leader, Mr. Green has many years of experience in the Real Estate industry.  He founded his company, Green & Green Estates Inc., in 2015 and is the face and voice of the brand. Being goal oriented and his attention to detail allows the company to strive and perform at its highest form of well-being. Mr. Green’s ability to problem solve, set long-term strategies, multi-task, and maintain staff morale have all led to the success of himself and his company.

Mr. Green holds a degree in Accounting and Business Management from Independence University where he made Dean’s List. Prior to beginning his own business, he lent his expertise as a Real Estate Advisor to Note Investor Group and has been an active Real Estate Investor since 2012.

Throughout his illustrious career, Mr. Green has been recognized worldwide for his outstanding dedication in his field.  For 2021 he will be honored at IAOTP’s Annual Awards gala at the Plaza Hotel for his selection as Top Executive of the Year in Real Estate, and he is being considered for the Business Innovator Award and to be featured in TIP (Top Industry Professionals) Magazine.  He has been recognized with Marquis Who’s Who and has been interviewed globally on his expertise. Additionally, he shows his leadership and drive-in other endeavors as the owner of Green N Green Trucking since 2017 as well as being the owner of Dream Outlet, and e-commerce mall composed of the top 50 Fortune 500 online stores in the world.

Looking back Daniel attributes his success to his ability to handle complex concepts and problems, his rapid decision-making skills and establishing strong and appropriate relationships with a wide range of clients. When not working, Daniel enjoys spending time with family and friends and in the future looks to continue to grow his business and brand.
