At Last, Nicky’s Gardens of Hope Has Been Fully Approved For Donations

New York, NY, USA (PRUnderground) October 14, 2020

Nicky’s Gardens of Hope (NGOH) is now actively partnering with donors, investors, public, and private institutions to secure capital. With its newly approved Public Charity status, donors can now deduct their contributions under section 2055, 2106, or 2522.

Thousands of other new Not-For-Profits, Charities, and Foundations have just received their IRS letters. Are you are considering a charitable contribution? With 2020 mostly over, it is a great time to give Nicky’s Gardens of Hope and other new Not-For-Profits a call, and donate.

Adriana Piltz, CEO of Nicky’s Gardens of Hope, a non-profit creating innovative housing solutions for Autistic and Intellectually Disabled adults, said this, “Not-For-Profits are heavily regulated and require a Tax Status Determination Letter they can legally accept donations. But COVID changed everything.”

Adriana also highlighted, “For months the IRS wasn’t answering the phone, email, or anything. We couldn't get any information on when or if we would get our letter. Now we know that we were approved in November 2018. But we just received our letter in 2020. It was printed back in April 2020, but new COVID rules prevented it from being mailed! More importantly, we can now finally process our donations.”
