She has additional training courses in addiction through the National Institute for the Clinical Applicaton of Behaviorial Medicine.

Lev was previously employed at the Stone Institue of Psychiatry at Northwestern Memorial Hospital, 2000-2008. She was also employed as a staff psychotherapist At the Department of Psychiatry at Michael Resse Hospital and Medical Center: inpatient/out-patient experience; and has supervised graduate students.
