Our holiday parks in Cornwall, Devon and Somerset offer a wide range of self catering accommodation from caravans to woodland lodges and safari tents. But it’s our unique character properties that can bring something a little different to your Devon, Somerset and Cornwall holidays.

We have an exciting selection that sleep between 4 and 14. Each has its own interesting style and character which you’d expect from a West Country property.

Our portfolio includes…

Kentisbury House

This large Exmoor country house with its own private lake is set amongst 2 acres of woodland and lawn in Kentisbury Ford – just 5 miles from Sandaway Beach Holiday Park.

Sleeping up to 14, it features a large master double bedroom with ensuite, a double and twin bedroom with ensuite, 1 bunk bedroom with ensuite, a further twin bedroom and a study containing 2 bed settees.

The fitted kitchen includes a range cooker, microwave, fridge freezer, dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer.

The property also has a double garage for car parking, a quiet drawing room, large dining room and cloak room.

Dune House

This luxurious house is part of our Sandy Glade Holiday Park.

It’s one of the largest we offer and can sleep up to 11 across 5 bedrooms. There are 2 double bedrooms, one of which is ensuite, 2 twin bedrooms and a triple bedroom.

In the fitted kitchen there is an electric oven, microwave and fridge freezer. A separate utility room houses a washing machine and tumble dryer.

The lounge has a TV and DVD player and there is a separate large dining room and conservatory.

The Coach House

This stone built house with its own private garden is part of our Devon Coast Holiday Park. It’s steeped in history and offers stunning coastal and sea views.

With 2 double bedrooms, one of which is ensuite, 2 twin bedrooms and a double bed settee The Coach House can accommodate 10.

The fitted kitchen has an electric cooker, fridge freezer, microwave and washing machine.

TV’s can be found in the first floor lounge and dining room, but your evenings will be spent on the outside patio watching the sunset across the ocean.

All of our character properties have free access to parent park facilities so you’ll still be able to enjoy our swimming pools, kids’ club, daily entertainment and lots more.
