TripZilla Excellence Awards 2023 celebrates over 50 trailblazers in the travel industry

After an extensive online poll, the most-loved travel brands are conferred the prestigious TripZilla Excellence Awards for their groundbreaking achievements over the past year.

Now in its 9th year, the esteemed TripZilla Excellence Awards once again shines the spotlight on the finest travel companies and brands for delivering the most brilliant experiences and propelling the industry to greater heights. These industry trailblazers that define the best in travel have been selected and conferred awards through an extensive online voting exercise held from 16 to 30 October 2023.
Organised by TripZilla, the independent and leading online travel media in Southeast Asia that reaches more than 20 million travellers monthly, the Awards honours the ever-growing prestige and accomplishments of top consumer-facing travel brands and companies. It is our way of saluting the extraordinary dedication of these laudable travel brands.
The TripZilla Excellence Awards 2023 also introduced two new categories: Destination of the Year and Best Diversity and Inclusion Destination. These categories were added to recognize destinations that made a real and positive impact to improve the travel landscape and reflect an industry determined to build back better as travel returns in a post-pandemic world.
First-time winners who made their way into the TripZilla Excellence Awards 2023 include Pelago by Singapore Airlines, Ascott Orchard Singapore, Sunway Lagoon, and WTS Travel & Tours. Remarkable repeat winners who continue to impress include EU Holidays, Nam Ho Travel Services, DBS Altitude Card, Etiqa Insurance, Science Centre Singapore, and Ascott Star Awards.
