Timonium personal trainer, Stephen Holt, has been nominated for Personal Fitness Professional (PFP) magazine’s 2020 Personal Trainer of the Year award.

Timonium Baby Boomer fitness expert and personal trainer, Stephen Holt, has been nominated for Personal Fitness Professional (PFP) magazine’s 2020 Personal Trainer of the Year award.

This 15th annual award goes to a fitness professional who has contributed significantly and rendered exemplary services in the field of fitness, and who has demonstrated impeccable and strong commitment towards the community, his or her clients and career. Holt has been a finalist this award four times.

The award will be presented at the annual Club Industry conference and trade show in Chicago, October 9-11, 2019.

This year’s winner will receive over $7,500 in donations and prizes and will be featured on the cover of PFP and in the “Journey to Success” spotlight in the November-December issue of the magazine.

Holt is known as “America’s Baby Boomer Fitness Expert,” and is a best-selling author and nutrition and fitness expert who is regularly sought out by the media for fitness and nutrition tips for women over 40. Stephen’s exclusive 3-4-5 Total Body Fitness System has been featured on NBC, CBS, and ABC as well as in Men’s Health, Shape, Woman’s Day, Family Circle, Women’s Health, Runner’s World, Fitness, and many more.
