Timeshare resales advertised on BuyaTimeshare.com are being reported during the month of March as sold despite the effects of the Coronavirus.

These timeshares are reported to BuyaTimeshare.com through a variety of sources such as title companies, closing companies, real estate brokers and the private owners advertising themselves, according to company President and CEO Wes Kogelman.
“As a for sale by-owner advertising company, one of the challenges over the years has been documenting sold timeshares, since sellers are not required to tell us when a timeshare has been sold. In March, 229 timeshares were reported as sold, which shows that the resale marketplace is still closing sales in the midst of the uncertainty regarding the virus.
