The Story Behind Amy Schumer’s Vanity Fair T-Shirt

I woke up yesterday to see Amy Schumer on the cover of Vanity Fair wearing a $34 t-shirt I designed…with her crotch on fire.

The cover shot has been trending and I thought you might be interested in learning about the story behind the t-shirt, and perhaps how you could get the same one.

Essentially, I am a 28-year-old Chicagoan who created a company a few years ago that sells t-shirts with witty phrases on them. It’s called From Phoenix with Love (named after my dog, Phoenix).

Amy Schumer was one of the first celebs that I ever sent clothes to because she’s hilarious and so on brand with our line. Every time we get new merchandise, I make sure to send it to Amy first because she has posted it on Instagram a few times and let’s be honest, she’s the coolest celeb around. I never imagined she’d wear it on the cover of Vanity Fair! It really is a dream come true!
