The Javelin Institute is advancing businesses strategic priorities by accelerating leadership innovation and growing leadership talent with organizations ranging in size from the Fortune 500 to SMB market.
Over the next twelve months, the 501(c)(3) that provides Executive Education will work with client organizations’ leadership to advance strategy, delivery and operations, including work in Sales, Marketing, Operations, Finance (Accounting), Purchasing, and Human Resources.
“We have created a fluid, reimagined leadership model that is anchored on shared success, beliefs and ways of working,” said Sam Palazzolo, Principal Officer at the Javelin Institute. “This new model will help clients redefine the way they lead, bringing them the best of the Javelin Institute’s skills and capabilities, with a focus on building and growing organizational talent.”
Client organizations that participate in the Javelin Institute’s Executive Education say that their primary goal is to create the best possible experience for our customers and our employees who serve them directly, and this leadership innovation helps drive that important work forward. Furthermore, clients are excited to work with the Javelin Institute to advance leadership innovation and build an even stronger team at their companies.
This leadership innovation will focus on three key areas:
- Building and growing diverse talent. Client organizations have ambitious goals to hire employees to their team, and most have committed to a percentage of these employees be diverse — specifically Black, Latinx, Indigenous and women. The Javelin Institute will support clients in this work by helping recruit, train and hire new talent.
- Investing in leadership innovation. The Javelin Institute and client organizations invest in leadership innovation focused on helping clients create enhanced customer experiences, drive incremental value from existing operations and accelerate growth in key areas like sales and marketing programs.
- Investing in learning and development. The Javelin Institute provides clients with access to its world-class learning and development programs, including its extensive library of online training courses and its intensive, ‘BEST Leader in 30 Days!’ offering.
