Telrad announces a new collaboration with Google Cloud Platform in connection with its Telephony Platforms. This collaboration allows Telrad to offer its clients with the next generation of Open Source Technology with nationwide coverage alongside superior security technology.

The Google Cloud Platform, offered by Google, is a suite of cloud computing services that runs on the same infrastructure that Google uses internally for its end-user products, such as Google Search and YouTube. Alongside a set of management tools, it provides a series of modular cloud services including computing, networking, monitoring, data storage, data analytics and machine learning. Google Cloud Platform provides Infrastructure as a service, Platform as a service, and Serverless computing environments; along with enhanced Security…which is exactly the reason this was the perfect partnership for Telrad’s next generation of TelradCLOUD Telephony Infrastructure.
We are extremely pleased to be one of the first VoIP Providers using Google Cloud as our backbone for enhanced infrastructure with Nationwide coverage alongside superior security technology. In adopting Google Cloud as part of our infrastructure portfolio Telrad has the ability to scale our Cloud service from 1 to many based on real-time usage. Furthermore, with Google Multi-location Data Center, remote branch communication will be more efficient which will be backed up by Google internal network without the cost of external routing.
At Telrad, we always put our customer’s security concerns in top priority, with the introduction to Google Cloud infrastructure Telrad also implemented new security measures for all of our new Google Cloud users to ensure the maximum protection from hacking or call hijacking activities. For all Canadian users, our Google Cloud data center will be within Canada to ensure all of our clients have compliance with the local data privacy protection requirements.
