St. Louis Consultant Vik Khanna Predicted View of Americans as “Stupid” on Obamacare

“Both policy makers and industry leaders believe we are too stupid and too lazy…” With that sentence, St. Louis healthcare consultant Vik Khanna predicted that the Obama administration viewed Americans as too stupid and too lazy to fix themselves, which is the most important step toward eventually fixing the healthcare industry.

Khanna’s new e-book, Your Personal Affordable Care Act: How To Avoid Obamacare, is available now in the Amazon.com Kindle Marketplace and at Smashwords.com, at about one-trillionth the cost of the Affordable Care Act, or Obamacare, itself. The e-book went live on Tuesday, October 28, 2014, more than a week before release of the first inflammatory videos featuring Obama administration advisor, Jonathan Gruber.

Not only did Khanna accurately predict the administration’s attitude toward Americans, he goes much further and gives people practical advice they can actually use to fix their health and keep the government’s smarmy medical mitts out of their lives. In his review on November 2, David Codrea of Examiner.com called this “an important book…on staying well and avoiding, whenever possible, the bureaucratic, greed-driven, government-controlled pitfalls that are endemic in the so-called “healthcare” industry.”

“The President and policy team did a masterful snow-job of pitching the idea that the place to find good health is the healthcare industry. It’s the most incompetent idea since New Coke,” said Khanna. “The Affordable Care Act is a government-driven mirage of good sense and restraint that is, in reality, all about the command and control of individual’s lives. Its complexity and bizarre, ‘we are doing this for your own bad’ mentality inserts bureaucrats and their corporate enforcers ever more deeply into the lives of Americans, the vast majority of whom do not need more medical care.”

Khanna, a political independent, continued, “My e-book takes an entirely different approach. It leads, educates, and empowers with practical advice. People can and should build lives that keep them out the healthcare industry, not get them sucked into it. Because our healthcare industry is like the Hotel California; you can check out, but you can never leave.”

“If Americans follow my advice, and understand that the Affordable Care Act emboldens and enriches drug companies, health plans, and the hospital industry, they will learn how to protect themselves from massive government overreach. There is a huge difference between helping people heal, and tell them to “heel,” as if you were talking to your dog. The Affordable Care Act wants people to “heel,” follow the government’s dictates, bow before its private sector enforcers, and give up ever greater amounts of their privacy, dignity, and independence.”

Endorsed by former Harvard economics instructor, Al Lewis, former head of global benefits for Walmart, Tom Emerick, SEALFit Master Coach, Mike Ostrolenk, and healthy living icon, General Healthy, Khanna’s book is an energetic and pugnacious look at what’s wrong with the Affordable Care Act, how it bamboozles Americans, and how each individual American can go about fixing the healthcare system by fixing himself or herself first. If we want a leaner, better, more efficient healthcare system, we must first become all those things and put healthcare bureaucrats and technocrats back in their place.

As Vik Khanna knows, and teaches, from personal experience, the only way to spend less on medical care is to spend less. And, the only way to spend less is to craft sustainable personal and family strategies for health that actually produce results, reduce the risk of illness, keep your money in your pocket, and the government, health plans, and hospital systems, out of your face.
