Speedhut Releases SPEEDBOX and Easy Speedometer Conversion

Speedhut Inc, manufacturer of custom-built automotive gauges, released a compact device that operates a cable-driven mechanical speedometer with no calibration or complex gearing needed.

The device, known as the SPEEDBOX, is a simple plug-n-play solution that uses an electric speed signal from GPS, CAN-BUS, Transmission or ECM to operate a cable-driven speedometer. Considered to be the easiest speedometer conversion around, the small box never requires calibration, is extremely easy to install, and can fit in the palm of your hand.
