Siobhan Calderbank selected for IAOTP’s Lifetime Achievement Award

Siobhan Calderbank, is a speaker, an award-winning author, and Director of Talent Management at LCBO, and was recently chosen to receive the prestigious Lifetime Achievement Award for 2022 given by the International Association of Top Professionals (IAOTP).

While inclusion with the International Association of Top Professionals is an honor in itself, only a few members are chosen for the prestigious Lifetime Achievement Award. These special honorees are distinguished based on their longevity in their fields, their contributions they have made to society and the impact they have had on their industries. Ms. Calderbank is being recognized as a Lifetime Achievement Awardee for dedicating more than two decades of her life’s work coaching executive-level staff, business owners, and women. With her passion and leadership, she assists a broad range of clients, including groups in government, large and small companies in various industries, and female professionals. She is an expert in change management and leadership and has a reputation for being energetic and creative in inspiring her clients to not only create effective change, but to acknowledge and manage the reactions to those changes.

Ms. Calderbank is also the founder of Butterfly Ladies, a mentoring program for continually evolving, changing, and leading women. Butterfly Ladies’ vision is to empower women to be their best through three simple actions– Learn, Live, Lead.  She has shared her knowledge and experience with individuals worldwide, speaking at seminars and conferences to audiences from over 70 countries.

Throughout her illustrious career, Ms. Calderbank has been recognized for her dedication and leadership receiving numerous awards and accolades. She is the recipient of the Universal Womens Network 2019 Women of Inspiration Award for Diversity and Inclusiveness and is a UWN National Ambassador for Black Women. She was named one of the top 10 Most Influential Businesswomen to follow in 2020 by Insights Success. In addition, she has been recognized as one of the Top 100 Black Women to Watch in Canada 2020 by the Canadian International Black Women Excellence (CIBWE).In July of 2019, she graced the cover of Women Entrepreneur Magazine. In addition to being one of the top ten Finalists for the Women Entrepreneur’s 2019 Inspirational Female Entrepreneu, she was also selected as Most Influential Female Entrepreneur 2021, and Female Entrepreneur to Watch 2021 and 2022. For 2021 she was featured on the cover of TIP (Top Industry Professionals) Magazine (August), was chosen for the Top Director in Talent Management and Empowered Woman Award by IAOTP and was also featured on the famous Reuters building in Times Square, New York City. This year she will be honoured as one of the 100 Accomplished Black Canadian Women by the Congress of Black Women of Canada and considered for an exclusive interview on T.I.P. Radio.

Ms. Calderbank has a Bachelor of Commerce Degree in Information Technology Management and a Court and Tribunal Agent Diploma. She holds her Change Management Practitioner (CMP) designation from APMG, her Project Management Professional (PMP) designation from the Project Management Institute, and her Certified Training & Development Professional (CTDP) designation from the Institute for Performance & Learning. Ms. Calderbank also completed her Master of Arts in Leadership degree from Royal Roads University and green belt in six sigma.

Looking back, Siobhan credits her success to the mentors she has had along the way and her passion for engaging others in positive and effective leadership change. When she is not working, she enjoys spending time with family and friends, traveling, and movies. In the future, she hopes to continue to empower other professionals through her keynotes and mentoring.
