San Francisco’s Forward Push Wins Gold In Hermes Creative Awards

Infographic Beats Out International Competition To Earn Prestigious Marketing Award
Forward Push, a San Francisco-based marketing firm, today announced that it was a 2016 Gold recipient for the prestigious Hermes Creative Awards. Winning for the category of infographic, Forward Push’s entry featured its infographic entitled “It’s All About Scale” used in a campaign by Bay Area tech startup Capriza.
“The Hermes Creative Awards is recognized across marketing as one of the true benchmarks for quality,” says Marc Apple, Forward Push founder. “Our work with Capriza has been exciting and produced measurable results for them. Winning a Hermes Creative Award is a testament to the many talents that help Forward Push deliver for our clients.”
Capriza is an up-and-coming technology company looking to stand out in the crowded B2B Silicon Valley space. When Forward Push came on board, Capriza was looking for unique ways to distill their data and value proposition into a clean and attractive presentation that synced up with branding goals. Forward Push produced three infographics for Capriza, with the award-winning “It’s All About Scale” focusing on the importance of scalability in today’s digital world and the easy-to-use Capriza Zapps products for engaging the mobile space. This was achieved while using the existing Capriza branding guidelines regarding colors and general aesthetics.
“It’s All About Scale” was submitted for consideration to the Hermes Creative Awards judges, which is administered by The Association of Marketing and Communication Professionals (AMCP). Judges are tasked to recognize creativity and excellence in individual disciplines across nearly 200 categories; “It’s All About Scale” was entered in the Design/Infographic category. Each entry, which come from marketing firms, ad agencies, PR firms, graphic designers, digital media producers, and corporate marketing departments, is judged by a Hermes judge on its own merits and not in immediate competition with other entries. A Gold award is given to entries that earn between 80 and 89 points.

The “It’s All About Scale” infographic was just part of a complete campaign by Forward Push for Capriza. Other elements included further infographics, case studies, white papers, along with consultation for overall brand strategy.
