Producer Turned Recording Artist VAN KING Releases Debut Single “Tell Me”

VAN KING’s experience in the music industry has been from the perspective of a producer/songwriter… until now. On August 9th, KING released his debut single as a recording artist. “Tell Me” is the first in a duo of singles, set for release in the upcoming months, that establish KING as a musician to watch.

“Tell Me” is a deep, emotionally resonant R&B/hip-hop track that describes the struggles of a relationship with a troubled partner. The message is delivered with a powerful melody and hypnotizing instrumentals. Aftrparty co-produced the track with VAN KING. “Tell Me” is available on Spotify, Apple Music, Amazon Music, Deezer, and Google Play.

“Tell Me” is the first in a series of 2 singles all about a failed relationship. VAN KING will take listeners on a journey from the beginning of the relationship through the struggles and into his reflection on the relationship as a whole. VAN KING is the stage name of Toronto native Kevin Kozo. Currently based in London, KING is expanding his career as a music producer into the realm of recording artist. His sound is heavily influenced by R&B, but he has established a versatile range.
