Own Your Core Pilates will soon be launching in the Parkland area. Through the new service, youth and teens will benefit from on-site Pilates classes offered by a certified professional.

Jenny Marin is the founder and director of Own Your Core Pilates. She brings a wealth of expertise including Pilates instruction spanning 11+ years in the industry. In addition, she is a certified Pilates teacher, as well as a certified Pilates for youth teacher. Ms. Marin is committed to working with youth in the community to shed light on the various benefits of Pilates on postural and spinal health, as well as the power of the mind-body connection provided by Pilates.

Own Your Core Pilates will offer customized classes for youth, teens, and athletics. Services are available on-site, which opens up a multitude of opportunities for coaches, parents, and youth seeking the benefits of Pilates on a flexible basis. Ms. Marin is available to travel to recreation centers, Pilates studios, karate studios, and other facilities; in addition, she can travel to football fields, basketball courts, and other sports areas to teach youth team sports.
