Liu founded PublicStuff, which is a civic engagement platform designed to promote communication between local government and residents. PublicStuff is utilized in hundreds of small to large cities across the world, including Palo Alto, Philadelphia and New York City. The company was acquired by Accela in 2015, where she most recently worked. Liu was named one of Forbes’ 30 under 30′ top entrepreneurs and Business Insiders people to watch.
Having built and grown companies prior to this role, Liu will bring extensive experience in operations improvement, strategy and growth management. At onG.social, Liu will focus on managing operations as the company plans to scale post ICO.
