Olga Sorokina selected as Top General Manager of the Year by IAOTP

Olga Sorokina was just recently selected as Top General Manager of the Year for 2021 by the International Association of Top Professionals (IAOTP) for her outstanding leadership and commitment to the industry.

While inclusion with the International Association of Top Professionals is an honor in itself, only a few members in each discipline are chosen for this distinction. With over a decade of professional experience, Olga has proven herself as an accomplished professional and expert in many fields. She is an Experienced Head of Operations with a demonstrated history of working in the real estate industry. Olga is skilled in Management, Strategic Design, Coaching, Organizational Development, and Risk Management.

Ms. Sorokina speaks three languages; English, French, and Russian. She also holds a certificate in Human Resources. For the last six years, Olga has been self-employed in Canada, (she is a shareholder in 2 compagnies: Gestactif – condo management and Stoik – Management systems and training) providing property management services in the condo real estate industry.  She is also a well endorsed professional coach.  For 2021 she is also being considered for a feature in TIP (Top Industry Professionals) Magazine and for IAOTP’s Empowered Woman Award.

Looking back, Olga attributes her success to her perseverance and staying passionate in all her endeavors.  When not working, she enjoys traveling and spending time with her family. In the future, she will continue to make a difference in people’s lives any way she can.
