North American spas celebrate National Relaxation Day

National Relaxation Day is August 15th – an important day, for the betterment of our well-being. The better we take care of ourselves, the better we are in a position to help others.

Taking time to recuperate and rejuvenate our tired minds and bodies may help prevent many health risks, too. Stress can be harmful to our health, both mentally and physically. Most doctors will agree that finding ways to relax and reduce stress will improve your overall health.

This year, 30 spa and wellness destinations across the USA and Canada celebrate National Relaxation Day by making it easier for you to relax in their own individual styles.
