Gluten Free Easy

GF-Easy was established in 2018 by two female entrepreneurs, Esther and Lily. They were on a mission to make the gluten free lifestyle not only extremely delicious, but super easy! So, a few years ago they introduced a line of frozen, raw, gluten free doughs that are made to be a canvas for your cravings. The dynamic duo are major foodies who love to cook, eat, and develop new recipes. So, when creating their products, they had the very highest of standards in mind. They don\'t stop developing until their blind taste testers can\'t tell the difference between gluten free and non gluten free. And believe it or not, none of the employees or taste testers at Gluten Free Easy are on gluten free diets. And that’s why they believe their products are so good. Esther and Lily hope to give the love of cooking and eating back to those who miss out on gluten\'s good stuff, like bread and pastries. They pride themselves on giving people the ability to create foods they thought were long lost to them. GF Easy’s line of ready-to-bake frozen Gluten-free dough includes: puff pastry squares and sheets, pita bread and pizza dough. Everything in the GF-Easy line is vegan (except for the pita bread). They are easy to use – just set them on a tray, defrost, add your favorite filling and bake!
