For the past thirty years, Michael Caldwell has been travelling throughout the United States and Canada. Not as the mood hit him, but when ideas did, and inspired a new book. As of 2014 Michael has researched and written twenty books. They range from The Wizards…Millionaire Magicians of the American Dream, The World’s Great Luxury Fishing Resorts and Great American Guest Ranches to Dynamic Entrepreneurs of the 21st Century, Smalltown, USA and The Great American Brewpubs. Back in the late 1980s, it was hailed as a great achievement to become a millionaire. Today, less than three decades later, that milestone is almost passé. The nouveau riche of 2014 are all billionaires. Michael’s most successful book, by far, was the ‘Millionaires of the American Dream’. So it makes good sense to return to that subject and just add a few zeros.
