New Web Portal at BizSkills.us Focuses on Helping Entrepreneurs Access New Business Skills

BizSkills.us is a unique business portal that helps entrepreneurs, of all ages and backgrounds, acquire the necessary skills to start or grow their business faster.

With more first time entrepreneurs starting their own businesses, there is a strong need for a one-stop center for business training resources. In an effort to help persons, of all ages and backgrounds, develop their business and entrepreneurial skills quickly and in a cost-effective manner, a new web portal BizSkills.us has just been launched.
In today’s economy many entrepreneurs, especially young entrepreneurs, seek the independence and flexibility of working for themselves. This new portal provides access to a wide-array of business training materials (books, software, videos, apps, and audio programs), as well as new business opportunities. Targeted beneficiaries of the portal’s contents include entrepreneurs and aspiring entrepreneurs, business development organizations, educators, employers, human resource officers, trainers, students, and parents.
The portal was developed by Victor M Rivera, who has vast experience in managing business development programs at the local, state, national and international level. He has held senior management positions at the U.S. Small Business Administration, the Minority Business Development Agency/U.S. Department of Commerce, and at the U.S. Agency for International Development (AID). He is also the author an e-Book, “Strategic Collaboration Workbook for Entrepreneurs.”
Mr. Rivera states that “portal users, especially women and minority entrepreneurs, will be encouraged to develop their own entrepreneurial training materials, based on their actual experiences, and then share/market them on the Biz Skills portal.”
The portal’s address is www.bizskills.us. Visitors are encouraged to share the contents with friends and relatives (including students) who might be interested in exploring the world of entrepreneurship and the dream of owning their own successful business.
