St. Lucie County Human Resource Association recognizes Natalie’s in their 17th Annual Best Places to Work Awards

Natalie’s Orchid Island Juice Company was named one of the best mid-size companies to work for in St. Lucie County, in the St. Lucie County Human Resource Association’s 17th Annual Best Places to Work Awards.

The Association employed 37 different measurements including everything from turnover rates, growth percentages, employee development spending, promotion percentages, insurance packages and retirement plans to determine the winning companies. There were 15 winning companies in all.

The Association commissioned Personnel Dynamics Consulting of Fort Pierce, to calculate the results. Natalie’s was specifically recognized for low turnover rate, high growth rate, 100% profit sharing and a company gym.
