Modern Machine Shop’s annual Top Shops benchmarking survey results include a detailed data analysis report, identification of emerging operational and business metrics, and the unveiling of this year’s four program winners.
“Each year, Honors Program winners are vetted and selected by me from a top-tier benchmarking group established from answers to select survey questions,” says Derek Korn, Modern Machine Shop’s executive editor and technical director for the magazine’s Top Shops benchmarking program and conference. “This year’s honorees demonstrate a dedication to improving manufacturing operations and a willingness to share and learn from others.”
The Top Shop awards will be handed out during the grand reception at the third-annual Modern Machine Shop Top Shops Conference (topshopsevent.com) held September 9-11 in Cincinnati, Ohio. The 2019 Honorees will also be part of a panel discussion where they will elaborate on ways they have improved as a shop and grown their business.
About the Top Shops Conference:
An extension of Modern Machine Shop‘s successful Top Shops Benchmarking program, the MMS Top Shops Workshop connects leading machining and metalworking professionals to the people, the products and the processes that are moving manufacturing forward.
