Lianne Papp (Back 4 Blood), Robert Coll (Rainbow Six Siege), Mauricio García (Blasphemous) And Andrew Hoffacker (Riot Forge) Will Also Be At F&S

Lianne Papp, executive producer of Back 4 Blood (Warner) joins the list of guests at the conferences of the Fun & Serious international video game festival, which this year can be followed both in person, at the Luxua space of the BEC in Bilbao, and online through Twitch and the festival’s social media profiles.

Lianne Papp is an executive producer at Turtle Rock Studios and she runs the production of Back 4 Blood, the studio’s most recent release. Papp joined Turtle Rock Studios in 2013 as a Senior Producer and has over 12 years of game programming and development experience, primarily first-person shooters, with a focus on production and management.

The traditional F&S Talks, which bring together relevant industry players, creators of current titles, investors and indie developers, will also be attended by Robert Coll, game designer of Rainbox Six: Siege at Ubisoft. Coll will talk about the design process of a title that is constantly evolving as it is focused on competition and on a business model that involves incorporating feedback from hundreds of thousands of players around the world almost on a daily basis.

The Festival will also feature the presence of Andrew Hoffacker, Head of Production of Riot Forge, the Riot Games platform that manages the development and release of titles in the Runeterra universe developed by independent studios. In this case, he will be accompanied by those in charge of their most recent announcement, ‘Song of Nunu,’ a title developed by the Spanish studio Tequila Works. RaúlRubio, CEO and Creative Director at Tequila Works, will discuss with Hoffacker the details of this moving single-player adventure video game that embarks us on the epic journey of League of Legends champion Nunu, and his inseparable companion Willump, with the purpose of finding Nunu’s lost mother.

F&S also confirms the presence of Mauricio García, head of the award-winning Spanish studio The Games Kitchen.

Mauricio García is the producer of ‘Blasphemous,’ one of the best-selling Spanish indie games, featuring a financing record at Kickstarter. In addition, he is devoted to training the new generation of entrepreneurs in video game development and is a mentor and investor in new equipment.

Meanwhile, TLR Games will make a postmortem of The Longest Road on Earth video game, winner of the Best Basque Video Game in 2019 and recently launched by Raw Fury, a partnership that emerged precisely at the 2019 edition of F&S.

Tickets to attend the event both in person (limited capacity) and online will go on sale in the coming days.
