Jeannine Principe-Puleo selected as Top Realtor of the Decade by IAOTP

Jeannine Principe-Puleo, Founder of Jeannine Principe Puleo Real Estate was recently chosen as the Top Realtor of the Decade for 2021 given by the International Association of Top Professionals (IAOTP).

While inclusion with the International Association of Top Professionals is an honor in itself, only 1 Female Realtor is selected for this distinction. Jeannine is being recognized for this distinction for having over two decades of professional experience in real estate and for being a successful entrepreneur. She will receive this award at IAOTP’s Annual Awards Gala being held at the Plaza Hotel in New York City this December. Furthermore, Jeannine will also be honored for her 2020 selection as an Empowered Woman of the Year. Jeannine has demonstrated success not only as a Licensed Associate Real Estate Broker but as an empowering force in her community.  She is a Long Island Native who has resided there for the past 41 years and Jeannine knows the area very well.

Jeannine is well-versed in every type of real estate transaction. She is knowledgeable and highly skilled in making dream homes a reality, helping first time home buyers, providing relocation services, obtaining investment properties and dedicating her time looking for fair housing or luxury accommodations.

Jeannine earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration with a major in Management from Hofstra University. She pursued her love of real estate and became licensed in July of 1998. She later received her Broker’s Associate License in 2003.

In addition to her successful career, Jeannine was the President of the LIBOR Central Nassau Chapter and the president of Valley Stream Central High School Alumni Association.

Throughout her illustrious career, Jeannine has been recognized worldwide for her outstanding leadership and commitment to the profession. She has received many awards, accolades and has been featured in publications, and in the media.  This year she was featured on the famous Reuters Building in Times Square and she was chosen as the Realtor of the Decade. In 2020 Jeannine was selected as an Empowered Woman of the Year by IAOTP and she was featured in TIP (Top Industry Professional) Magazine. For 2020 & 2019 she received the America’s Best Award, Top 100 realtors and received the Platinum Award for Douglas Elliman2018 & 2019. For 2019 she was selected for the Top 40 Under 40 Award by Long Island Business News. For 2018 she was selected as Top Realtor of the Year.  For 2017 she was the recipient of the Chairman’s Circle Gold Award and was a two-time recipient for the President’s Circle in 2015 and again in 2016.  Jeannine was an award winner of the Young Professionals Network for LIBOR in 2016 and recipient of the Leading-Edge Award for 2009, 2010, 2013 & 2014.

Looking back, Jeannine attributes her success to her training, her perseverance, mentors she has had along the way, and passion for what she does. For the future, she will continue to expand her business all while making her clients dreams come true. When not working, she is a proud mom of two beautiful little girls, and enjoys spending time with her family and travelling.
