The International Association for Stem Cell Application (ISSCA) is pleased to announce the venues for its 6th Annual Symposium – Applications of Cell Therapies in Medicine and Aesthetic Surgery. The first symposium will be held in May in Barcelona, Spain, followed by Santiago, Chile in July, and Buenos Aires, Argentina on August 16-17, 2019. The Symposium will then proceed to the cities of Bangkok, Brussels and Miami.
The 2019 edition of ‘Applications of Cell Therapies in Medicine and Aesthetic Surgery’ in regenerative medicine promises to be as exciting as the previous edition. The event will focus on the regenerative medicine field, promising therapies for newer and wider spectrum of diseases and medical conditions and how to accommodate them.
Attendees at the 2019 ISSCA Symposium will be introduced to various aspects of stem cell and regenerative medicine solutions through rigorous scientific discussions and Q&A sessions. The topics covered will include:
- Latest trends in stem cell research
-
International regulations on managing research and clinical applications
-
Applications, product development and commercialization related to stem cell and regenerative medicine
-
Business opportunities, marketing tools for patient recruitment, challenges and how to overcome them
This year, the Symposium will bring together students from the global medical community, renowned and well known experts and international speakers from the fields of stem cell research and regenerative medicine. Some of the organizations represented include the Global Stem Cells Group, Stem Cell Center Buenos Aires, Chilean Association of Tissue Engineering and Shockwaves ACHITOC, Investigaciones Artroscopicas SA, Argentine Arthroscopy Association, and Boston Médical Group Spain.
ISSCA’s mission is to support the paradigm shift taking place in healthcare in the 21st century, which is moving from traditional to regenerative medicine. The Symposium is part of its efforts to share and spread the most up to date information on the current advances and cutting-edge developments taking place in stem cell research and regenerative medicine.
The 2018 editions of the Symposium were held at Buenos Aires, Istanbul and Caracas, Venezuela, and were a runaway success. The Buenos Aires event was attended by over 350 physicians from around the world, and over 200 physicians attended the other two editions. The enthusiastic participation has motivated ISSCA to host the event in Buenos Aires for the next consecutive six years.
