The world business today is all about innovation and entrepreneurship. Sanan Sanani has been a very interesting set example for so many other influencers in the world of real estate industry. From migration to another country, living in one of the business hotspots of the world and buying up to 10 homes before the age of 25, Sanan has so much to share. Here is an interview we conducted with this young investor recently. Let’s dig in:
-
What is your occupation?
“I am a full time real estate entrepreneur, running a full service real estate company, I am also in the process of finishing up a self-help book and a Real Estate Digital Course which will pave the way for a new generation of real estate millionaires.’’
-
Where do you own Real Estate?
‘’I own properties in Dubai, Cyprus, And Tbilisi.’’
-
What is your plan for the new decade?
“This decade I’m giving back to the world by making myself more accessible online as I share the knowledge I gained from my multi-millionaire mentors.“
-
Where did you find your passion for Real Estate?
“ My father, mother, and uncles are all into Real Estate. My Father Nader Sanani was awarded top 25 out of 100 real estate managers in Vienna in 1991.
-
What is your favorite color?
“On a car my favourite color would be either black and baby blue. On my clothes it would be grey white and black. I am the type of person who finds beauty in every single color. In fact, there isn’t a color that isn’t my favorite.“
-
What type of music do you listen to?
“For Music I feel the same, it depends on the mood. I listen to everything , classical in the morning, retro electro & synthwave in the afternoon, techno, tech house, minimal at night … I do not listen to lyrics anymore, just musical beats to boost my creativity , I believe listening to too much lyrics can dumb you down and poison your subconscious“
Takeaways from the interview with Sanan:
One can learn a lot from getting to know how others made it to the top. Here is why the story of a party boy in Dubai to a real estate mogul in Eastern Europe is most fascinating to me:
1- Sanan doesn’t keep it super focused on one thing. The age of sole professions are over. Successful people are those who excel at so many things. Always have a side hustle and make sure your side hustle is online.
2- He stays away from what keeps him down. You might wonder why he works so many hours! He keeps negativity and distraction away from his daily life. Check out his answer to the music question.
3- He believes in sharing and building communities. The world is not your very own oyster all the time. We build, create and get built and created. It is a mutual thing. If you managed to learn a thing or two and turned it into success, now it;s time for you to share that with others. Remember , those who do, Teach!
Sanan Sanani is a multinational real estate entrepreneur who has climbed the steps of success and made it to the top at a very young age. He is currently projecting his success in the city of Tbilisi, mainly focused on international investment in property.
