Westminster Recliners recently launched their new social media initiative, looking to reach out to customers for feedback and to engage the wider mobility community.
The Westminster Recliners Facebook page was part of this new drive, with the aim of creating a hub where people can keep up to date on news of the latest products, leave feedback and suggestions to help improve services and follow general mobility news and advances to give them an idea of what’s up and coming in the mobility sector.
It’s the interaction and feedback that’s at the heart of the new page however, with Westminster Recliners looking for community help to drive forward improvements to their services. Client service reviews help provide perspective and highlight areas in which improvements can be made.
It’s hoped that eventually the page will become a centre for the company, an additional tool for customers to use to find the right product for them and an extra way for interested customers to ask questions and keep informed.
