Insanity Cheer & Tumble Academy to Host Free Tumbling and Cheer Classes

Veteran-owned company proudly offers one of Fayetteville’s only cheer and tumbling gyms

Insanity Cheer & Tumble Academy has announced that they will host free tumbling and cheer classes for kids ages 3-18 on August 26, 2017, from 2-5pm. The free event will also feature a bouncy house, free food, and a chance to win a package for six months of fun at one of the area’s only cheer and tumbling gyms.
Insanity Cheer & Tumble Academy founder and operations manager Sabrina Bentley-Thompson retired from the U.S. Army in 2010. She is the previous owner of Goin Postal (Hope Mills), a shipping and printing center she sold in 2015 to spend more time with her family. In 2016, Sabrina’s daughter entered a local family-owned cheer and tumbling gym. As her daughter fell in love with cheer and tumbling, the family announced that they would be shutting down the gym. It was at that time that Sabrina stepped in. She has since rebranded the program and given the gym its new name.
According to Sabrina, she hopes to offer a cheerleading and tumbling scholarship for under-privileged youth. In addition, Insanity Cheer & Tumble Academy aims to serve the need for All Star Cheerleading in the area. The gym continues to grow, proudly offering classes where boys and girls alike can discover and grow in cheer and tumbling.
The tumbling program is for children ages 3 years and up, offering classes for beginners and advanced students. This year, Insanity Cheer & Tumble Academy will offer three cheer teams; the teams will compete at 4 competitions in the first year and increase that number over time.
On August 26, 2017, local boys and girls are invited to try out free cheer and tumbling classes. Families will get an opportunity to see Insanity Cheer & Tumble Academy, speak with the company’s team, and register for classes. A recently released video offers more information.
