Innovative ECMO Concepts Partners with 1315 Capital to Focus on Growth

Innovative ECMO Concepts (the “Company”), a leading provider of extracorporeal life support (ECLS) services, announced that they received a growth capital investment from 1315 Capital and John Martin.

ECLS is utilized by medical practitioners as a way to bypass cardiopulmonary function to provide extracorporeal membrane oxygenation (ECMO). This method is used in patients who are suffering from acute and reversible cardiac or respiratory failure. ECLS has been used more frequently in recent years, underscoring a need for more support in this sector.

Innovative ECMO Concepts is the world’s first organization to offer on-demand, online ECMO training for individuals and institutions. The Company also offers per diem staffing solutions, placing highly skilled ECMO RNs, RRTs, and perfusionists in hospitals. Additionally, Innovative ECMO Concepts offers ground, rotary, and fixed-wing transport for patients supported with ECMO.

1315 Capital has partnered with Innovative ECMO Concepts to provide capital for fueling this growth. The private investment firm specializes in the healthcare industry with over $925 million under management.

His mission is to build Innovative ECMO Concepts into the largest provider of outsourced cardiovascular services in the world.
