Ideal Property Group Preps for Relocation of SJKC Heng Ee

The new larger school will accommodate up to a thousand students at SJKC Heng Ee once the relocation is completed.

Ideal Property Group is working to move SJKC Heng Ee to the planned Southwest District location. By the end of this year, the real estate company expects to have applied for planning permission and the development permit and turned in the building plan.
If all goes according to the proposed timeline, construction can begin early in 2023, with all expenses paid by Ideal Property Group. The new school boasts a range of amenities, including administrative and academic zones, a large hall and canteen, technology and laboratory rooms, and more than 40 classrooms.
