Hip Hop and R&B artists Etcetera and Trisha Covington Releases new song to uplift couples during a pandemic

A new study reveals that the pandemic has increased breakups to relationships. As a growing number of divorce and breakups this duo created a song that signifies loyalty and standing by their partner side during difficult times.

Etcetera, the multi-award winning recording artist, writer, film music supervisor, executive soundtrack album producer, global brand ambassador, entrepreneur and entertainment industry professional whose career has catapulted him into a permanent spot in the music industry. Coining the phrase “From the Grind to the Grammys”, Etcetera’s walk of fame has crafted him a powerhouse of musical material and a host of accolades, award-winning plaques, and awards for music and film.

This Brooklyn, NY native attributes everything to his Crown Heights roots from his unique flows and rhyme style to his iridescent appearance and his unmatched show performance. Etcetera’s multi selling debut album “CHARACTER” continued to add to his renowned catalogue credits and only complemented his proceeding and follow-up projects featuring and collaborating with artist like Reggae heavy hitter Kevin Little and Richie Stephens, Kwame, Broadway Phenom Chester Gregory, Father Goose, Billionz, Kaya Jones and more. “Research shows that love songs help prospective partners bond during courtship which is the reason why Ms. Covington and I felt the need to create this song” says Etcetera.

Singer Trisha Covington is reinventing herself, following a renowned musical career. Fans know Covington from her powerful debut album Call Me and hit songs “Why You Wanna Play Me Out?” and “Slow Down.” The Cleveland-born singer has also been featured on tracks like Will Smith’s “Just The Two Of Us,” Randy Jackson’s “What Am I So Afraid Of,” and Something for the People’s “My love is the Shhh.” Additionally, she’s provided backing vocals for stars like Beyoncé, Marc Nelson, Tyrese, and Jermaine Jackson. Now, she’s revisiting a new type of sound.
