Group Fitness Boot Camp Sessions Expanded

You requested it, and we FINALLY listened…

After high demands, countless requests, and ongoing contemplation — Summit Fit Dojo has added new time slots to their very popular, quickly growing Group Fitness Boot Camp classes.

What does this mean?

You get more options to get your workout on!

See, when clients attend our fitness boot camps regularly and follow our unique nutrition guide, they begin to see amazing results.  Any where from 30 to 50 plus pounds lost in about 9 months or less.

New Time Slots

Below are the new class times we have added to our already growing Summit Fit Dojo boot camp program.

Early Morning:
Monday thru Friday
6:00 AM to 6:50 AM

Mid Morning:
Monday thru Friday
9:00 AM to 9:50 AM

Mid Day:
Monday thru Friday
12:00 PM to 12:50 PM

This is already in conjunction to our evening classes offered Monday thru Friday at either 7:10 PM, 8:10 PM or both — depending on the day of the week.  Again, please refer to our class schedule.

We also have our popular Saturday morning group fitness boot camp sessions that take place at 9:00 AM.

Why We Added New Class Times

Other than the popular request, Head Coach and Owner — Javier Lozano, Jr. needed a qualified fitness boot camp coach to lead these classes.  He  single handedly leads 30 classes per week, Monday through Friday, in addition to other daily marketing and sales tasks..

With that said, Coach Javier hired long time fitness boot camp client and part-time fitness coach, Lynn Voorhees as Summit Fit Dojo’s new Fitness Program Director.

She will be in charge of leading all fitness classes in the mornings and midday and the occasional evening classes.  She brings an enthusiasm that is unparalleled, a wealth of knowledge and information about fitness and nutrition, and the ability to motivate a Group Fitness class to reach their maximum potential.

In addition to the demand and new fitness coach, Summit Fit Dojo is striving to become a full-time fitness training facility that offers personal group fitness training to clients in the North Metro Denver suburbs of Westminster, Broomfield, Thornton, and Erie.

The next goal is to add classes at 4:00 PM, 5:00 PM, and 6:00 PM — giving working adults the option to attend our fitness boot camps immediately after work.

When will this happen…  We are not quite sure yet, but as Summit Fit Dojo continues to grow and become more popular to local residents, they will answer the demands.
