Graystar Legal Hires Real Estate Attorney Sarah E. Banks, Winston-Salem, NC. – (Graystar Legal)

Ms. Banks has practiced in the area of real estate and advised and represented buyers, sellers, and businesses for over ten (10) years in North Carolina. Her prior responsibilities include supervising and managing real estate divisions of law firms, as well as overseeing real estate transactions and ensuring National Lenders comply with North Carolina Laws & Regulations.  She also has extensive experience in reviewing titles and determining resolutions for issues and title policy coverage.  Further, she has served as Lender’s Counsel for national creditors in Bankruptcy proceedings.  She also has a litigation background in curing title issues that stemmed from the carelessness and oversight of other parties.
