Essen Health Care, a leading healthcare network and group practice for underserved communities in New York State, announced today the opening of their new urgent care center in the Highbridge area of the Bronx on Wednesday, October 12th. The new Medical Office is located at 1391 Nelson Ave in Bronx, New York.
Essen Urgent Care offers immediate care services throughout 20 locations in the Bronx and one location in the Glendale neighborhood of Queens. The company provides highly personalized and affordable care to their patients in the New York area with urgent health needs 7 days a week.

Essen Health Care is celebrating the opening of their Highbridge Urgent Care with a ribbon cutting by Monsignor Donald Sakano on October 12th from 1:30pm to 2:30pm. Essen Health Care will also be giving out Hispanic Heritage Month awards to recognize Hispanic leaders in the community – Elizabeth Tejada, Director of Medicare Sales, VillageCare; Max and Ramona Garcia, Director of Tenant Supportive Services at Highbridge Community Development Corporation.
