Dr. Greenberg is a dynamic, results-driven leader. She is the Founder and former Executive Director of the Institute for Strategic Leadership, LeBow College of Business, Drexel University. She is the Co-Founder of the Institute for Strategic Change at Accenture. And she’s a Founding Partner in h2c Happy Companies Healthy People, What Happy Brands and the h2c Leadership Foundation. In addition to her leadership training accomplishments, Dr. Greenberg is the best selling author of several books including “What Happy Working Mother’s Know” (#1 Wall Street Journal and #2 New York Times Best-Sellers), Emotional Brilliance: Living A Stress Less Fear Less Life with Dr. Relly Nadler, an international best seller, and several other works.
As a prominent motivator and teacher, Dr. Greenberg has created and implemented custom-tailored leadership, efficiency and self-actualization programs supporting special ops and special forces across all armed services for the United States Military (DOD) to include Navy Special Warfare (SEAL/SWCC’s); Marine Corp Behavioral Sciences Unit/Quantico; Airforce Global Strike Command, CIA; FBI, Homeland Security and multiple additional Federal law enforcement agencies in addition to numerous global and domestic Fortune 500 companies. In these assignments, Dr. Greenberg has hosted corporate retreats, executive seminars and leadership conferences. Earlier in her career, Dr. Greenberg served as a managing partner at two global consulting firms, Accenture and CSC. A well-prepared executive in every capacity, she successfully managed over 1,000 employees across three continents. By reshaping and improving efficiency throughout hundreds of business units, Dr. Greenberg identified, managed, and supported the design and implementation of platforms to enable successful workplace performance and career satisfaction for thousands of individuals.
Dr. Greenberg’s career led her to pursue national and international accreditation as a Board-Certified Coach and through the International Coach Federation. As a behavioral scientist, she is uniquely combining positive psychology with the science of courage. By focusing on how emotional and strategic intelligence ensure better on-the-job performance, higher levels of job satisfaction, enhanced profitability, more effective risk management, and overall organizational agility and nimbleness, Dr. Greenberg’s strategic and tactical training, coaching, consulting and communications skills have made her engagement and participation much in-demand.
