Coldwell Banker Commercial Saunders Real Estate Named Top Affiliate in North America

This week, Coldwell Banker Commercial (CBC) announced the real estate brand’s 2018 global award winners. Coldwell Banker Commercial Saunders Real Estate (CBCSRE), an affiliate of CBC in Florida, received two impressive company awards and four CBCSRE team members received individual professional awards.

Company Awards

CBCSRE was awarded as the Number One Affiliate Company in North America as well as the Number One Office in North America based on adjusted gross income.

Additionally, the brokerage received the 2018 CBC Commercial Elite award, being recognized as a top CBC affiliate company. CBCSRE has received this award in the past for the 2006-2008 and 2010-2017 calendar years. The CBC Commercial Elite award is presented each year to the top 15 CBC-affiliated companies in North America (the United States and Canada) based on Closed Adjusted Gross Commission Income.
