Citrin Cooperman Continues Geographic Expansion with Acquisition of Coleman Huntoon & Brown PLLC

Citrin Cooperman, a nationally recognized professional services firm, has announced the successful acquisition of Coleman Huntoon & Brown PLLC (CH&B), a North Carolina-based tax, accounting, and business consulting firm. CH&B joins Citrin Cooperman with over 20 employees and more than $7M in revenue, and their Chapel Hill office establishes Citrin Cooperman’s first location in the Carolinas.
